Microsoft Access database for
Bibliotech Version 7
Please Note: If you have
downloaded and upgraded Bibliotech to Version 7 since 1st August 2003 the
Microsoft Access reports are already installed on your server and you may go
straight to Step 4 below.
If required download the access database
- Download 1168KB
**On the server
1. Copy the downloaded file to DRIVE:\FFLibrary\Crystal replacing the
existing BT_Empty.mdb (DRIVE: is the letter of your BT data directory)
** On a workstation (that has all Bibliotech Modules and Microsoft Access
installed)
2. Open Windows Explorer.
3. Browse to C:\BtechFF\Crystal and check if the BT_Empty.mdb is there.
If it is, delete it.
4. Open BT Materials Editor
5. File -->Create Crystal Reports 9 Snapshot in Access
6. [START]
7. Close Materials
8. Open: C:\BTechFF\Crystal\BT.mdb
9. On the Left Hand Side of screen click on [Reports]
You should find a list of ready made reports.
NOTE:
- * To update your data you will need to
re-create Snapshot and then run the reports again.
- * Any changes you make to reports must be
made in BT_Empty.mdb (When you re-create the snapshot,
any changes you made in BT.mdb will be replaced by the BT_Empty.)
