RENAMING CASES FILE

Ensure that the file you are importing has been renamed to library.txt and that the icon changes to a notepad.  If the icon remains an excel icon then the file extension is still csv.

  • In Windows Explorer, go to the Tools menu --> Folder Options.
  • Click on the View tab
  • Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types.

Now delete the file extension .csv
